By working in the cosmetic industry, I know that in make-up, colour attracts people. The truth is the creative packaging, a sophisticated box, a limited edition case or an artistic print is what makes women run to buy the most beautiful make-up products of the moment.
"A beautiful make-up that’s a pity to use." I write it and I easily admit it, because I’ve got some experience.
Eyeshadows and multipurpose powders with marbled effect (here mark. and Clionadh Cosmetics) or with an intricate plot (essence and Hourglass, although the list is huge); multichromatic blushes, bronzers and highlighters that must be mixed with sadness (Chanel, Clinique ...).

Face products in pearl? Too "traditional", so here we have “stars pearls” for the ultimate party highlighter (essence), delicate rose petals and hearts (Ladurée and Etude House). Peace for the sophisticated Météorites by Guerlain, which have been surpassed in creativity.
The make-up pan becomes a miniature work of art with tiny detailed and valuable like cameos (Chantecaille and Clé de Peau).
Lipcolours turned into vanity sins or childish toys, it’s the case of Paul&Joe’s cats lipsticksand star-shaped sticks by Anna Sui, or exotic rarities like those famous lipsticks with gold leaves and flowers by Kailijumei.
That’s not just the futile make-up, but cosmetic treatments have also become something beautiful to see, use and wear.
You can choose among a wide variety of face sheet masks: an animal (Berrisom) or a Kabuki theatre character to moisturise your skin, or treat yourself and your skin with intriguing lace masks (Dermovia).

Prices for these beauty jewels, very human sins vary, but at least having just one or two special pieces, especially from a low-cost brand, isn’t that terrible.
I used with extreme caution and care a hot red prism-shaped lipstick by Avon and I gently swiped through a rich golden highlighter with hypnotic circles by Pupa and the U by Ungaro eyeshadow.

But watch out! The make-up of your dreams is in limited edition, using it is synonymous with eternal flames: so I haven’t even touched with a single finger a flowery all over face powder designed by Cynthia Rowley for Avon.
Found only in the States, it has left me speechless... my brush fell from my hands.
Show me your sins, I absolve you.
